Our conference room seats 12 respondents around the table, and can also be set up to fit 35 in a classroom-style setting to view ad concepts and prototypes. There is a one-way mirror so you can watch focus groups in progress, and four strategically placed microphones for maximum audio pick-up.

The viewing room fits 25 clients in 3-tiered seating with desktops for note-taking and unobstructed sightlines from anywhere in the room.

Usability testing is a series of in-depth product evaluations by actual users. The tests capture a respondent's actions and thoughts while navigating your web site or application. As you watch users interact with your product or website, you gain insight into how to improve it.

Our usability lab is divided by a soundproof wall and one-way mirror that allows observers to see everything, and to freely discuss ideas without disturbing or influencing the participant.

The participant side simulates a typical office environment, and can be changed to fit client specifications. Cameras are positioned to record the computer and the participant, who can communicate easily during the test, using specially placed microphones and speakers.

During and after the hands-on portion of the test, our engineers interview participants to gain additional information and help you identify how your product can be improved.

We offer office space for use by our clients while on site. Seating, phone, and plug-ins for laptop and modem make it convenient for you.

We have a fully operational kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
